It would also be great for you to think about your future skills that you want to develop. These can be technical skills (such as presenting, researching, public speaking) or soft skills (such as teamwork, confidence, resilience). We would encourage you to think about how different elements of the work experience week could help you grow these skills, such as working on a project with people you haven’t met before, or having the opportunity to share your work with senior stakeholders.
Take note of the word count for the questions and try your best to make use of as much of it as you can! Every word counts. Finally, we’d always recommend drafting your answers on a separate word processor programme (e.g. Microsoft Word, Google Docs) and then copying and pasting your answers into your application once you’re done.
